We strive to make your shopping experience stress-free and accept returns for 30 days from the invoice date. Items must be returned in original packaging and in good condition for credit.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized. Any etched, embroidered, imprinted, or engraved item cannot be returned. If we have made an error on the order as you have placed it, we will replace the item free of charge, but we will not credit your account for personalized items. So, when ordering personalized items, check spelling and dates for accuracy and entry of information in the manner it is requested. If the personalization error is yours, we are sorry, but will not replace it unless a new order is placed.
*Note: Due to high temperatures between May 1 - Sept 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days to avoid weekend delays. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.
We will credit your account for returns only after we have received the merchandise from you. The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of invoice. Shipping charges will not be credited.
