Who is TrueBlueBridal.com? 
Valorie Qualey is the owner and creator of True Blue Bridal. With her children grown, True Blue Bridal provides a new and exciting outlet for her creativity, attention to detail, and love of family and tradition. Val's first bridal ribbon was made in 2003 for her sister Julie's bridal gown. As an answer to her sister's frustration over the lack of unique wedding ideas, she also made a sorority garter that reflected Julie's "Greek" involvement and friendships. Val says, "Helping Julie make her bridal apparel more personal was a great honor and privilege. I hope I can do the same for many more brides."

Val's Business Philosophy:

I seek to honor God by providing unique products that reflect excellence and beauty. I will strive to treat each of my customers the way I like to be treated; with respect and integrity. For the most part, my customers are preparing for the day they give themselves to their husband in marriage. I consider it an honor to be involved in a small way in their special day. I will make it my priority to serve each bride in a timely and professional manner. Thereby, hopefully reducing her stress!

Val's Return Policy:

We will accept returns for 30 days no questions asked.  Personalized items cannot be returned unless an error has been made in the personalization.

Shipping Policy:

Most items ship in 3-4 business days by UPS.  There are no added handling fees, I charge what UPS charges me!  You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.  Personalized items take longer, usually 5-7 days, so plan ahead to avoid stress!  All custom wedding garters and plus size wedding garters are shipped in 2-3 business days by USPS First Class Mail free of charge!
